Quite simply, we do value your comments.  One of our primary objectives when we set up 4coaches limited was to ensure that we didn’t frustrate our customers in the same way that many sports equipment companies have frustrated us in the past.  Delivery delays, missed deadlines and false promises, we’re sure you’ve experienced them all.  We are not saying we’re perfect but that is always our aim. You can contact any of the 4 Directors of 4coaches directly, with no secretary fielding our calls (although sometimes voicemail may be necessary if it is not possible to take the call - in which case leave a message or try another Director).  If you prefer, you can e-mail us direct to our desktops and we will do our very best to respond to your questions within 24hrs.  The landline number for 4coaches is message only - again we will aim to ring you back within 24hrs.
